• Our inaugural project, the Bunny Stop gas station and convenience store at 403 Dell Dale St., was a remarkable undertaking featuring a spacious 5,000-square-foot store set on a large lot. The construction process started with the demolition of the old building to clear the site, followed by meticulous site preparation and excavation to establish a robust foundation utilizing 4,000 PSI concrete and a thick water barrier, effectively addressing the imperfections of the previous structure. Once the foundation was laid, our skilled team constructed reinforced walls designed for both durability and safety. The incorporation of bulletproof glass and exterior recessed lighting resulted in a jaw-dropping nighttime visual. Vibrant signage and eye-catching graphics were strategically added to draw in customers and enhance the store's appeal. Completed in just six months, Bunny Stop stands as a testament to our commitment to exceptional quality and efficiency, demonstrating our dedication to delivering outstanding results in a timely manner.

RoadTrip

• We recently completed the RoadTrip gas station and convenience store at 7526 Renwick Dr., featuring a 4,800 square foot store. The construction process began with site preparation and laying a solid foundation, followed by the erection of reinforced walls to ensure durability. We incorporated advanced safety features, including bulletproof glass and a state-of-the-art security system, while the interior features recessed lighting for a welcoming atmosphere. Over the 10-month project, our skilled team focused on quality and craftsmanship, resulting in a modern gas station and convenience store equipped with vibrant signage, ready to serve the community effectively.

ZapCo

• Our latest project, ZapCo, located at 3208 Tidwell Rd., is an impressive gas station and 3,780 sq. ft. convenience store. The construction process began with a focus on modern design, incorporating a sleek Nichiha panel façade that enhances the contemporary exterior. We implemented a robust security shutter system to ensure the safety of the premises and added extra insulation padding for optimal heat protection. Additionally, our team employed double waterproofing techniques to safeguard the structure against the elements. Completed in just nine months, ZapCo exemplifies our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer safety, creating a welcoming destination for the community.
