Our inaugural project, the Bunny Stop gas station and convenience store at 403 Dell Dale St., was a remarkable undertaking featuring a spacious 5,000-square-foot store set on a large lot. The construction process started with the demolition of the old building to clear the site, followed by meticulous site preparation and excavation to establish a robust foundation utilizing 4,000 PSI concrete and a thick water barrier, effectively addressing the imperfections of the previous structure. Once the foundation was laid, our skilled team constructed reinforced walls designed for both durability and safety. The incorporation of bulletproof glass and exterior recessed lighting resulted in a jaw-dropping nighttime visual. Vibrant signage and eye-catching graphics were strategically added to draw in customers and enhance the store's appeal. Completed in just six months, Bunny Stop stands as a testament to our commitment to exceptional quality and efficiency, demonstrating our dedication to delivering outstanding results in a timely manner.
